How long will my order take?
Our current production time is shown on the Digitees website and may change depending on how busy production is.
Shipping time is additional to production time.

The current production time is displayed on the Digitees website so you can check the latest turnaround before ordering.
Do you offer rush printing?
Rush production may be available for eligible orders.
If a rush option is available for your order, it will be shown during the ordering process.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be dispatched once production is complete.
Where available, your expected ship date can be viewed in your order details or order confirmation.
How is my order shipped?
New Zealand orders are sent using tracked courier services.
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take within New Zealand?
Urban courier delivery is generally an overnight service after dispatch, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delays can occur due to courier networks, location, weather and peak periods.
Does rural delivery take longer?
Yes. Rural delivery usually takes longer than standard urban delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free New Zealand shipping is available on orders over $300.
Can I collect my order?
No. Digitees orders are shipped rather than collected from our production facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship orders internationally.
International delivery times vary by destination and any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can you guarantee that my order will arrive by a particular date?
We can provide production and shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee a courier delivery date once an order has left Digitees.
If you have a firm event date, allow extra time wherever possible.
How will my order be packaged?
We keep packaging to a minimum and use compostable or recycled-plastic courier satchels, depending on the order and packaging requirements.
We don't add unnecessary packaging.
