Merch Store Help & Troubleshooting

Quick fixes and setup help for managing your Digitees merch store.

How do I log in to my merch store?

Log in directly through your own merch store URL rather than through the main Digitees website.

For example: yourstore.digitees.co.nz

I've changed my store but the changes aren't showing. What do I do?

First make sure you have published your changes.

If the old version is still showing, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache or history.

Old categories are still showing in my menu. How do I remove them?

If you've changed your store categories but old ones are still appearing in the navigation, add /flush_site to the end of your store URL and load that page.

For example: yourstore.digitees.co.nz/flush_site

Why does my store say "Not Secure"?

This usually means the security certificate for your store or custom domain needs to be set up or refreshed.

Check the Digitees merch store help videos for the current setup instructions, or contact us if you need help.

Can I password protect my merch store?

Yes. This is useful for staff stores, schools, clubs or private ordering portals.

The password setting is under Store Configuration → Customer Options.

Can I change the name of my store?

Yes. You can change your store name after it has been created.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can purchase your own domain and connect it to your Digitees merch store.

You'll find the current setup information in the Domain Settings section of your store. Domain settings can vary between providers, so follow the current instructions shown there.

What's the difference between Designs and Decorated Products?

They are two different ways of displaying your artwork and merchandise.

We generally recommend using Decorated Products rather than displaying the same merchandise in both formats, as using both can be confusing for customers.

Why does my order say "Awaiting stock", "Awaiting processing" or "Awaiting purchase order"?

These are normal stages in our production process. Your order may be waiting for stock to be ordered or received from a supplier, or waiting to move to the next stage of production.

You don't normally need to do anything unless we contact you.

Where do customer questions from my store go?

Notes customers add to their orders come to Digitees, so we can deal with questions relating to their order.

Messages submitted through your store's Contact form go to you. If you don't want customers contacting you directly, you can remove the Contact page from your store.

Can Digitees help me set up my store?

Yes. You can set up your store yourself using our help resources, or Digitees offers a paid Store Setup service if you'd like us to help build it for you.
